The only Issue we had was with the air conditioner that was making some noise and they took care of that immediately.

The hotel is located right across from the train station, so it's very easy to reach. The staff were uniformly helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a good assortment of pastries, cold cuts, ...

The mattress was a bit lumpy, and the air conditioning (if it went on, which wasn't clear) was not very effective.
